DESIGN STORY

The typical chair design story goes like this: Start with an idea for a chair and shape it into the world around you. But, in designing Setu, Studio 7.5 in Berlin let the world around us shape the contours and performance of the Setu chair. We call this inspiration through observation.

The Setu family of chairs were created for how we work and live now. Designed in partnership with Herman Miller by Studio 7.5 from Berlin, Germany, Setu sets new standards of simplicity, adaptability, comfort, and dematerialization for multipurpose seating. Setu is designed for nearly everywhere we sit, from collaboration areas to meeting spaces to cafes. Future models will broaden Setu’s application even further.

CSN Chairs is an authorized Herman Miller dealer and can offer you the complete Herman Miller Warranty, which guarantees your chair for 12 years, 3-shift except white Lyris suspension material. If you need work done, Herman Miller will cover the costs. Herman Miller is proud to stand behind their products.

In addition, CSN Chairs offers you a 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on your new chair. You may return it for any reason within 30 days of invoicing for a refund of the product's price, excluding our outbound shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Products may only be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.

If you discover shortly after receiving your chair that parts are either damaged or missing from the packaging, please call us immediately and we will send you replacement parts as soon as possible and at no additional cost.
