Herman Miller: The name is synonymous with innovation, design, operational excellence, smart application of technology, and social responsibility. Herman Miller, Inc. studies work and living environments and designs and delivers products and services that make these environments work better. Through problem-solving research and design, the company seeks to develop innovative solutions to real needs in working, healing, learning, and living environments.
Herman Miller began in 1923 as a manufacturer of traditional residential furniture, became a leader in "modern" furniture in the 1930s and 1940s; developed lasting ties through the 1950s with legendary industrial designers who led the company in new directions; transformed the office furniture industry with the first panel system in the 1960s; invented and refined ergonomic work seating in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s; reinvented the geometry of systems furniture in 2000, and is today the second largest office furniture company with customers and locations around the world. Their history of employee participation and ownership and technological innovation has long roots and continues to grow. They have always worked hard to be serious about both people and business. They look at their primary goal as creating great places to work.
George Nelson laid out five tenets of Herman Miller's design philosophy 50 years ago:
While fashion and style have their place, the main criterion for a Herman Miller product has remained constant: Does it truly solve a problem that people care about in a way that improves upon other solutions, or pioneers a new and better answer altogether? The answer is Yes.

Comments about Herman Miller ® Noguchi Table:
This is a great coffee table. The glass, organic shape, and design give it a small spatial footprint that opens up my small living room. Just what I was looking for.

Comments about Herman Miller ® Noguchi Table:
The Noguchi table is a beautiful work of art. The table I received is exactly what I ordered. The Noguchi table is large, so you need to measure living room space carefully. This table is the licensed Noguchi table. Is it better than the knock-offs? I'm not sure, but this one is certainly beautiful.
Service and delivery comments:
The table was delivered well to my sixth floor apartment. The installers were pleasant, and the table was delivered in perfect condition. There are only three pieces to the Noguchi table, so installation was simple. My only complaint is the long wait time between order and delivery. I ordered on March 8, and received delivery on April 2.

Comments about Herman Miller ® Noguchi Table:
This coffee table is definitely a piece of art by itself. I use it with Chelsea section from Room and Board and a white shaggy rug. They works very well all together.

It's an extraordinarily beautiful, graceful, and elegant coffee table that's the centerpiece of a mid-century living room. If you like contemporary/mid-century style, then this is a must-have.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was on schedule, and I appreciate that white glove unpacking, set up, and packaging materials removal service was included at no additional charge.

The table's shape is perfect for an oddly shaped, difficult to furnish room. Its materials give it a classic look that remains distinctly non-traditional.

The design element of the base is beautiful and thick glass table top allows a feeling of openness.
