This PostureFit support fits on the back of an A, B, or C size Aeron work chair. It provides a custom fit in the lower back area, below the beltline, that helps achieve healthier posture and improved lower back comfort. The user can adjust the level of support with a lever.
The Graphite finish is recommended for Aeron chairs with a graphite base/frame finish. The Smoke finish is recommended for Aeron chairs with a titanium base/finish.

This does not support your back as good as the lumbar does. I purchased 3 of the lumbar over the years and they all cracked in half after normal use. It seems like this Posture Fit rides way to low to do any good.
